The Massage Therapist in me:

It’s so important to make time for ourselves – life can be so busy, we sometimes just need to take time out.  Massage is not only a feel-good treat it is also a powerful stress-reliever.  It often produces feelings of caring, comfort and connection.  I am a qualified massage therapist, (ITEC Diploma in Massage, Anatomy and Physiology) and have a studio at home, where I offer a selection of treatments, starting at just £8.00.
